The Scribble Bear Sculpture at 50cm is a playful designer bear wrapped in a hand-applied black-and-white scribble pattern — loose, energetic linework that runs across the entire surface like a sketchbook brought to life. The classic seated bear silhouette becomes a canvas for graphic mark-making: dense scribbles in some areas, looser gestures in others, every line deliberate yet spontaneous. Hand-Drawn Linework, Designer Bear Form
The body is cast in premium resin from our bear master mould, sanded smooth, then sealed in a clean white base before the scribble design is applied by hand. Every line is drawn directly onto the surface — no decals, no transfers — which means each scribble bear sculpture carries its own subtly unique pattern, with the artisan's hand visible in the rhythm and density of the marks. The black linework is sealed under a protective clear coat that preserves the graphic crispness while giving the surface a smooth, gallery-ready finish. The seated bear pose, rounded ears, and soft contours provide the perfect three-dimensional canvas for the two-dimensional drawing language to wrap around.
A 50cm scribble bear works beautifully in creative-led interiors: designer studios, children's luxury bedrooms, contemporary living rooms, gallery shelving, boutique retail counters, and styled bookshelves where graphic black-and-white pieces earn their place. Handmade to Order, Fully Customisable
Every Scribble Bear is handmade to order. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks for a standard piece, or 5–6 weeks for a bespoke commission. Our main studios are in the UK (Birmingham) and Dubai, with additional global workshops.
Customisation is offered. Alternative sizes, alternative scribble colourways (coloured linework on white, white linework on black, multi-colour scribble), or fully bespoke hand-drawn bear commissions designed from a brief or reference image are all possible. Contact us before ordering.
