Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Pre-Order Basis: Items are offered based on concept sketches. The final product may have minor design adjustments.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your armor. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Estimated Delivery: Standard production time is 4–12 weeks, but may vary based on order volume and complexity. All customers will receive regular updates.
Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If Deamons LeatherWorking cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
Changes: Minor design adjustments may occur during prototyping. We’ll communicate any significant changes for your approval.
Communication: We’ll provide progress updates and photos throughout the process. Questions are welcome at any time.
