Cooking Instructions
Take 2 bowls. In 1st bowl, whisk together 150 gms of Ragi Pancake Mix, Salt & Jaggery Powder to taste. For fluffy Pancakes, add a pinch of baking powder. For taste, add Vanilla Essence, Cinnamon, Chocolate. Take another bowl, little melted Butter(preferable Vegan Butter) with any of these options – 1 cup – Milk/Vegan Milk.Add wet Batter to dry ingredients. Stir lightly to make smooth batter. Keep aside the final Batter for 15 mins. Pre-heat pan. Grease with little Oil, Butter or Desi Ghee. Spread one ladleful Batter on pan. Spread thinly & evenly in a round shape. Cover pan till firm & flip. Serve with Chutney, Jaggery, Butter, Jam, Vegetable.

Storage/Disposal

Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar. Consume quickly or Refrigerate. Residue-free produce catches weevils easily. Composting produce is the best option if spoiled.
