Suggested Usage
Recommended use: This synergistic formula contains natural ingredients that are scientifically proven to support bone mineral density, and the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Most women talk to their health care practitioner about osteoporosis just as they reach menopause. Ideally, it is best to promote healthy bone structure and prevent bone loss long before menopause.
Recommended adult dose: Three (3) tablets daily with meals a few hours before or after taking any medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult with a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an estrogen-dependent cancer or cardiovascular disease, if you are taking blood thinners, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
