Circumstances of not receiving the items:
- If the package is in transit, the customer applies to cancel the package. (The customer needs to pay the interception fee and the return shipping fee, which is the same as the sending shipping fee)
- The customer refuses to accept the package without reason. (The customer needs to send it back by himself and pay the return fee. And Propinkup does not accept cash on delivery. Refunds can be processed after the warehouse checks that the product is correct and does not hinder secondary sales.)
- The package is on its way, if the customer wants to change the address.(The customer needs to pay the operating costs and address change fees. There is no guarantee that the change will be successful. If it is unsuccessful, the operating fees will be charged as well.)
Circumstances of after receiving the items:
- If the packaging or product are damaged, you need to provide the following photos within 3 days: photos of the outer box+ photos of the outer box label+ photos of the damaged product (Propinkup will provide compensation based on the degree of damage. If the product is damaged to the level that it cannot be used, Propinkup will reship the same product to the customer for free of charge or provide a full refund) .
- The dolls in Propinkup's local warehouses are all made of TPE. Moreover, the facial makeup is painted on and may be wiped off. Such a case should not be token as a quality problem.
- The dolls in Propinkup's local warehouses all have skeletons. The doll frame should not be excessively bent. The poses that a normal person can do are the poses that a doll can do. You may refer to the manual.
- If the product has any quality problems, the customer needs to give feedback within 3days after receiving the items, otherwise it will not be processed.
- The doll in Propinkup’s local warehouse is private and sensitiveproducts which do not accept unreasonable returns.
- If a customer returns a package without Propinkup's consent, Propinkup's localwarehouse may refuse to accept the package. If our warehouse receive the product which should not be sold a second time, in this case, we couldn’t refund the order.

State of the Art Book!
This book was recommended to me by my graduate school professor as being the most up-to-date, most inclusive book on trauma therapy that exists today, and that it is! First, it is written in an organized and coherent manner. It is extraordinarily well written and engaging which is amazing for a text of this type. It contains information on just about every subject that a beginning trauma therapist as well as a well-seasoned therapist would want to know! This is an incredible book and my only criticism is that, knowing how much I shall be referring to it, it is only a paperback and I wish it were a hardcover so that it will withstand the test of time in better condition. The price is extraordinarily reasonable when one considers the cost of most textbooks these days. I highly, highly recommend this book as a MUST read for every trauma therapist, or trauma therapist in training. I cannot say enough excellent things about the Briere and Scott text. Buy it. You will not regret it for a moment! In addition, after purchasing the DSM-V, I can say that although this book was written before the DSM-V came out, it dovetails with it extremely well, and is a perfect book to purchase after getting the new DSM-V if you don't already have Principles of Trauma Therapy. It is for anyone who is a mandated reporter also, as I am. Presently, I'm a doctoral candidate in Special Education, and find that this book will be helpful there as well. As a person who has worked directly in Special Education for over 11 years, and have had professional contact with Special Needs children for over thirty years, this book is a must--for anyone who works with children, teens, (or adults who have just disclosed trauma) whether you are in Psychology or Special Education, or any allied field that makes you a mandated reporter. The book is a MUST HAVE.

Excellent book for students trying to grasp PTSD
As a professor teaching post traumatic stress reaction to graduate and undergraduate students, I was looking for a book that hit the basics along with some key pieces regarding assessment, diagnostic criteria, and examples that highlighted some of the subtleties associated with complex trauma. This book is well organized and not too overwhelming for people new and beginning the field and a nice refresher for seasoned clinicians. Easy to read, clearly outlined to build upon each subject, I found it both a solid read, affordable, and made it a required read for my course. Please note that I purchased this book way back October 12, 2013 but only now getting to put my thoughts in writing.

Great interventions and Trauma Theory
Format: Paperback
This a great book if you work with victims of trauma and want to understand how different types of trauma can present and what interventions can be used (i.e urge surfing, cognitive restructuring, focus breathing, etc.). It also include a section about medications and what to address first in treatment. I think it’s great for new clinicians who may be looking for interventions to add to their clinical toolbox.
