The Rancho RS9000®XL Rear Shock Absorber delivers premium ride control for late-model trucks that demand versatility on the street, at the jobsite, and off-road. Featuring Rancho’s proven nine-position adjustable damping, this shock lets you dial in firmness to match towing loads, terrain, and driving conditions.
Engineered for hard-working vehicles, the RS9000®XL utilizes a gas-pressurized tri-tube design to reduce shock fade and maintain consistent performance under heat and heavy use. An 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod provides excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, while the oversized 2.75" shock body enhances cooling and long-term durability.
Designed to counteract the added unsprung weight of larger wheels and tires common on lifted Super Duty trucks, this rear shock improves stability, control, and ride comfort whether you’re towing, hauling, or exploring off the pavement.
