This 1959-1960 Chevy Impala Windshield A Pillar Trim Molding LEFT/DRIVER'S SIDE is an original GM part #4755988 that has been professionally polished to show condition. This molding fits all Sedan and Wagon models for 1959-1960 Impala, Bel Air, and Biscaynes (EXCEPT THE BISCAYNE WAGON). The distinguishing characteristic of the sedan molding is that the top portion of the molding has a closed end unlike the hardtop or El Camino which is open in order to connect with another molding that runs along the top of the door. GM made two different styles, one has a screw hole in the upper side portion (see photo) and the other does not. Technically they are interchangeable, but if you have a preference, please indicate.
